How to delete your MyFamGPS account and all your personal data.

Delete your account from the app

The recommended way is to delete your account directly from the app, since it securely verifies your identity with a code sent by SMS:

  1. Open the MyFamGPS app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy.
  3. Tap Delete account and data.
  4. Type the confirmation word and enter the code we send you by SMS.
  5. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active Google Play subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it automatically; manage it from Google Play.

If you cannot sign in to the app, write to us as an exception channel at myfamgps@localizatech.cl with your registered phone number. We will process the deletion within 30 days.
